I started Reverse Medical Spa in 2005 to provide medical-grade, anti-aging treatments to help every-day women and men in the Kansas City area look and feel their best.
Reverse Medica Spa is built around the same values I was seeking when I first started exploring anti-aging treatment options for myself. My vision was to draw on my healthcare background and expertise to create a medical spa that provides the natural, anti-aging results I was seeking.
We’ve had the great privilege of helping our clients gain the results and confidence to live their best lives. No matter your concern – wrinkles, complexion and skin rejuvenation, body contouring, hormones, volume restoration, weight loss, or fat removal – you can expect a consultative experience, a safe, clean and comfortable setting, medical-grade processes and products, and confidentiality.
Sandra Karley, BSN, RN

Meet our Transformational Team
Sandra Karley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst. She began her career in nursing at Research Medical Center, working in the intensive/critical care units. She also held nursing positions at Menorah Medical Center and AdventHealth (formerly Shawnee Mission Medical Center) in the post-anesthesia care unit and emergency room departments. She owns and operates Reverse Medical Spa. A mother of three daughters and grandmother of three, Sandra and her husband Darrin enjoy family, golf and travel.
Lauren Plagge attended Research College of nursing's accelerated program and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing after receiving her Bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry from Park University. She recently earned her APRN (Advance Practice Registered Nurse) designation from St. Mary's University. Lauren has always had a love for animals and continues that passion by fostering dogs, which her two daughters just love! Lauren and her husband Michael enjoy family time at home, gardening, coaching their kids sports and house projects.
Nicole Kleiss attended Park University on a golf scholarship before transferring to Kansas State University. After completing her esthetic certification through Johnson County Community College in 2013, Nicole began her career at Reverse Medical Spa. She recently earned her Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of St. Mary. She also is a laser technician and certified in CoolSculpting and injectables. Nicole and her husband Michael enjoy traveling, the outdoors and being with family. They enjoy family life with their daughter Ella.
Morgan Bergman holds a BSN from Rockhurst University and a Master's degree from Research College. She began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2008 and has focused on hormone therapies for the past ten years. Morgan is married and has two daughters, aged 14 and 12, with whom she enjoys spending quality time. Outside of work, you'll often find her on the road, chauffeuring her children to their activities. In her free time, Morgan loves reading mystery novels and traveling with her family. As a healthcare provider, her primary goal is to collaborate with her patients to develop the best possible treatment plans tailored to their needs.
Abby Norcross attended Entourage Institute of Beauty & Esthetics in 2022. She began her career in Medical Aesthetics at Reverse Medical Spa. Abby has always worked in the medical field but has found her passion in medical aesthetics. She has a passion for products and enjoys finding the latest and greatest. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and decorating her house.
Tracy Butler earned her esthetic certification from Johnson County Community College. She has worked as a licensed esthetician at various medical spas since earning her certification in 2013. Tracy is a lifelong learner and prides herself in continuing education in her field. When she is not on the job, she spends time with her kids and her cats.

We begin every new client relationship with a consultation where we listen to your concerns, discuss the possibilities and customize a treatment plan around your expectations, budget and schedule. We do not sell services. We provide caring, customized treatments in a non-pushy environment.

We operate under the direction of medical professionals with advanced degrees and board certifications and decades of experience. As a medical spa, you have access to a variety of advanced, clinical spa treatments and products that aren’t available in non-medical spas.
